Next Online Meditation Retreat:

Join us in an online retreat experience from the comfort of your own home. This online retreat will be hosted on Zoom.

The retreat will help you:

• Experience deep inner silence.

• Get some focused practice time with Sunny and the Self Inquiry School community.

• Grow in your understanding of the teachings and improve your Self inquiry meditation practice.

• Get your Self inquiry questions answered directly by Sunny.

• Connect with other Self inquiry practitioners.

Retreat Schedule :

The online retreat consists of 5 total sessions over 2 days which will help you sink more and more experientially into awareness of Self.

Saturday May 10

• 7AM (Eastern US): Silent Meditation (45 minutes)

  Opening session of retreat. Sunny will offer a few words and then we will sit together in silence.

• 9:30AM (Eastern US): Teaching + Silent Meditation (1 hour)

  Sunny will introduce a teaching from the masters. We will go over it and then meditate on it together.

• 12PM (Eastern US): Questions + Silent Meditation (1 hour)

  On this final session of the day, you can ask Sunny any question. After questions, we will sit for our final meditation of the day.

Sunday May 11

• 8AM (Eastern US): Guided + Silent Meditation (1 hour)

We will start day 2 with a guidance followed by silent meditation.

• 10AM (Eastern US): Social Session + Questions + Silence (1.5 hours)

On this final session of our retreat, you will speak to other retreat attendees and discuss your experience. After that we will discuss as a group and go over any final questions. Then we will conclude the retreat with our final silent meditation.
